"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Caffè Nero Thorp Park last night! The Honey Oat Latte was simply divine—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of honey and the richness of oats. It’s now my new favorite drink! A huge shoutout to Josh, who provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to fulfill our request of serving the cream separately in a tub. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate made the experience truly special—I’m over the moon about it! Also, a big thank you to Chloe, who was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Her cheerful demeanor added so much positivity to our visit. Thank you, Caffè Nero Thorp Park, for the delicious drink and the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back soon!"

"My local coffee pitstop. Love to sit here and watch the world go by. It’s a very busy spot. The only down side: there are no dog free areas. I would prefer designated pooch areas within such a cramped space. Not everyone is a pooch lover. Staff are on it and very polite. Coffee isn’t bad either. Cafe Nero also offers a couple of reward programmes. One is direct via the collection of coffee stamps, the other is via a third party comparison website site."

"I went with my friend for a coffee, ordered an iced latte and my friend had a matcha and mozzarella and pesto pizza. We went to sit at the table and I accidentally split my iced latte all over my clothes, my friends pizza and the floor. The staff team were so attentive and nice about this, I was embarrassed and they put me at ease, came over straight away. They instantly made me a new iced latte and warmed up a new pizza in the oven. I didn’t have to queue again, wait or pay for this as I was told to sit down and they will bring it over when it’s ready. I cant tell you how generous this was, something I needed as I was having a bad day. Regardless of having a queue they took the time to sort this for me. Small acts of kindness go a long way! Thank you so much to the team (especially the two ladies that helped). The staff at cafe Nero in the springs are a credit to the store"
